Pina Colada Green Smoothi
Green healthy and just about paradise in a glass

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups of raw spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple frozen is important
- 1 banana frozen or fresh
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened shedded coconut
Instructions

Put the liquids and the spinach in the blender.

Puree till the spinach looks finely chopped.

Add the fruit and coconut. Puree until all smooth.

Pour in a giant glass and enjoy.
