Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
A super delicious bread that is moist like ones from the specialty stores, but way less expensive to make.

15 oz can pumpkin NOT pumpkin pie mix

butter

cups
sugar

3
cups
flour

3
eggs

teaspoon
vanilla

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoons
pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray 2 large loaf pans or 3 medium with baking spray.

Cream butter and sugar.

Add vanilla and eggs.

Blend until creamy.

Add pumpkin combine well.

Add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

Mix in chocolate chips and by hand.

Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake 60 minutes.

Check for doneness, if knife comes out clean remove and let rest 20 minutes.

Remove from pan and let cool completely.
*1 cup chopped nuts can be added with chocolate chips
