Adults love Walt Disney World too and it’s time we talk about how Walt Disney World Resorts have won us over.

Recently, I was #hosted #wdwresorts by Disney and stayed at the Walt Disney World Resorts BoardWalk Inn and Villas, my husband couldn’t come with me which was an absolute bummer because he had to work. Disney requested I bring my friend, Laura, from PinkCakePlate and we were treated like princesses. They gave us exclusive tours on properties, treated us to the most amazing meals, gave us amazing swag and we got to tour Pandora – The World of Avatar before many others. Riding Avatar Flight of Passage was so unbelievably amazing, I felt like I was an Avatar and in the movie.

AbracadaBAR

Now, Laura is Mormon, so thank goodness the AbrcadaBar made mocktails of the Hoodunit and Magic Mirror, or my friend would have been sipping on Coke Zero. Ironically, my fave color is purple and hers is pink and the alcoholic one is purple and the non-alcoholic one is pink. So, this is a great bar for people with religious convictions who cannot drink, those who just don’t drink or those who love a good drink. 😉

Magic Mirror with alcohol on the left (purple, my fave color) and Magic Mirror on the right without alcohol (pink, Laura’s fave color)
The Flying Fish Chandelier with Fish Bubbles (No detail is missed at anything located along the BoardWalk.)

My husband drinks and I know he would have loved this place as well as The Flying Fish.

Our special menu at Flying Fish

My husband would have ordered the same thing Megan from I Run for Wine did. I tried her octopus and it wasn’t bad but, I wouldn’t order it if something else was on the menu. LOL

We will be returning to Walt Disney World in November for Wine and Dine and to attend my friend’s wedding, Women and Their Pretties. I knew that there had to be a Walt Disney World Resort that was geared toward adults or that at least would appeal to adults. My husband is one of the pickiest men on the planet.

BoardWalk Inn and Villas is a Walt Disney World Resort for adults too that he’s going to love. Guess what else the BoardWalk Inn and Villas offer!!! Two adult only, 21 and up clubs, Atlantic Dance Hall and Jellyrolls. Dueling pianos for a classically trained pianists is sure to impress him.

While staying at the BoardWalk Inn and Villas you can literally walk to Epcot within ten minutes. You are a boat ride or quick walk away from Hollywood Studios too, so guess what else adults love, STAR WARS!!!

Every single room at the BoardWalk Inn and Villas Walt Disney World Resort has a balcony.

There is an Illuminations cruise available at the resort’s marina. Check out how cool this is with the Illumination glasses on. Thanks Geoff. This is my Pandora – World of Avatar wallet with RFID technology that I purchased from Windtraders. SWEET!!! One of the best places to watch Illuminations is on the bridge that takes you to Epcot.

The elegant theming at the Walt Disney World Resort is amazing including Lucy the Elephant in the Lobby with a hidden Mary Poppins. Thanks Marita for showing me.

BoardWalk Inn and Villas just has such a grown up vibe to it. I really feel this is the best Walt Disney World Resort for adults but, is still great for children too. This is where my husband and I will be staying when we return in November sans the teens. I honestly can’t wait. What is your favorite Walt Disney World Resort for adults??? Leave me your recommendations below.

Thanks Disney for treating me like my spirit Princess Rapunzel.

I live between our Nation's Capital and North Carolina, love daisies, giraffes, purple, polka dots, Diet Mountain Dew, Doritos, and guns. Not necessarily in that order. I know that I’m very unoriginal and fit most cliches. I won’t try to deny it if you ask me. Ill-advised, indiscreet, and injudicious individuals infuriate I.
