Mushroom Elk Meatballs
A great way to add moisture, flavor and nutrients and cutting the fat in a burger

Ingredients

white
button or domestic mushrooms, chopped finely

lbs
ground elk meat
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
1
tsp
parsely
½
tsp
oregano
½
tsp
thyme
1
tsp
basil
1
tsp
salt
½
tsp
black pepper
2
cloves
minced garlic
¾
cup
bread crumbs
2
eggs
Instructions
Dump everything in a mixer or bowl and incorporate it all together.
Make 1 ½ inch balls of all the meat mixture
Place on a greased baking sheet (you’ll need 2)
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with your favorite condiment or sauce.
