chocolate fondue with pound cake and strawberrires
At just about any winter holiday I want to make fondue, specifically chocolate fondue, every chocolate fondue.  There is nothing that seems to encompass the richness of a holiday than dipping sweets in a pot of melted creamy and smooth chocolate.  I used to believe that chocolate fondue was the only thing out there and that just melting chocolate in a pot was the best way to go.  There is so much more to try.  Just have one each Valentine’s for the next 12 years –or you could have one a month for the next year.  Your choice.  But you have to try dessert fondue, which includes but isn’t limited to chocolate.  Below is a list of ones I like and you will too.  Make a fondue bar of it, serve several together.

Candy Bar Fondue

Chocolate Caramel Fondue

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fondue

Cookies and Cream Fondue

Dark Chocolate Orange Fondue

German Chocolate Fondue

Kid Friendly Chocolate Fondue

Smores Fondue

Spicy Chocolate Fondue

Vegan Dairy Free Chocolate Fondue

White Chocolate Fondue

Don’t forget the dippers.  My favorites are bananas, strawberries, angel food cake, cheese cake bites, pretzels and brownies (I know that’s a bit much on the chocolate but I like testing death by chocolate from time to time).

Eleven tasty chocolate fondue recipes. Try something different, cookies and cream or smores style. | Favemom.com #fondue #recipe #chocolatefondue
